What You Will Do:
- Learn about the senior living sales process and industry practices/norms.
- Assist with planning and set-up of monthly networking events and open houses.
- Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events, as well as tour/outreach gifts.
- Gain practical knowledge of managing a marketing budget.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the property and grounds to ensure show-readiness.
- Review sales and occupancy data to identify areas of opportunity and focus.
- Assist with social media accounts and strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Why You Are Qualified:
- Current high school or college student with an interest in the senior living industry (sales/marketing focus).
- Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to execute tasks, demonstrating interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving tactics, organization, professionalism, and respect.
